As property finders we are in very close contact with all the agents in our areas as they often hear in advance about properties that might be coming up for sale. How early often depends on the agent involved but being trusted by them, both frequently have prior knowledge of property coming onto the market. Private sellers also get in touch hoping they might have a client suitable for their house.
In the current market especially - with confusion abounding regarding pricing, good areas, bad areas etc - it makes sense for a buyer to have an adviser as well. Identifying properties that might be of interest and then viewing them, we will report our findings to you, which will save you hours of wasted time if not suitable. Once a suitable property comes up, our negotiating skills and knowledge of the market eases the transaction process. We can advise on property professionals such as solicitors, surveyors and builders and whilst the legal process is going through we will liaise between estate agents and solicitors right through until completion.

A varied yet beautiful landscape is perhaps the best way to describe Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds. The southern section of the Cotswolds runs up from the Georgian City of Bath into south Gloucestershire taking in country towns such as Nailsworth, Stroud and Painswick with deep valleys and far reaching views. Nearby Cirencester, a buzzing market town has many pretty villages such as Bibury and Barnsley close by. Further east towards Lechlade and Fairford the land is flatter but no less attractive. More to the south are historic towns such as Malmesbury with its wonderful Abbey and Tetbury so popular with visitors hoping to catch a royal glimpse or buy souvenirs from the Highgrove shop or maybe take in Chavenage House (Trenwith of Poldark fame)
Much of this part of the country is covered by the rolling North Wessex Downs but you’ll also find farmland, woodland, forest and river valleys. The River Thames and the ancient Ridgeway path wend their way across the area, which is well known for the prehistoric ancient white horses carved into the hillsides, rich chalk streams and World Heritage sites. There are bustling market towns such as Marlborough, Hungerford, Wallingford and Abingdon. Picturesque villages are dotted about, too many to mention, but Aldbourne, the Bedwyns, Kelmscott, the Baldons and Bucklebury are but a few. The area is bound by Reading, Newbury, Andover, Swindon, Burford and of course, Oxford…the city of dreaming spires itself. Withthe M4 crossing from east to west and the A34 from north to south, communications are well served.
Bath with its World Heritage status and Georgian architecture is a great centre for the arts, and cosmopolitan shopping and is within easy commuting distance of London. The region is blessed with many award winning restaurants celebrating the diversity of local produce.
Exmoor National Park and North Devon have a dramatic coastline with many secret beaches and coves. The countryside of wide open moorland, provides a sense of remoteness and tranquillity, deep wooded valleys and fast flowing streams combine to form a rich and distinct mosaic.
Often overlooked by those travelling to Cornwall the area enjoys great access to London via road or rail. Bristol and Exeter cities both boost of international airports.
